Second Passenger Medevaced Off Carnival Triumph Within 10 Days

The Coast Guard is reporting that it has medevaced an 84-year-old passenger from the Carnival Triumph cruise ship on Wednesday October 5th. The cruise ship sent a request to Coast Guard Sector New Orleans to medevac a passenger suffering heart attack-like symptoms.

A MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew from Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans, who hoisted the passenger while the ship was approximately 100 miles south of Southwest pass. The aircrew transported the passenger to Air Station New Orleans where a waiting ambulance took him to West Jefferson Medical Center. The man’s condition is unknown at this time.

Built in 1999, the Carnival Triumph can carry 3,143 passengers. The cruise ship is currently sailing scheduled routes from New Orleans. This makes the second time within 10 days the Coast Guard was called to medevac a passenger from the Carnival Triumph. The other case involved a 60-year-old female passenger.

Biscayne Bay boating accident sends one person to the hospital

A boating accident in south Biscayne Bay sends one boater to the hospital. It is being reported that at 2:20 p.m. on Sunday, September 26th, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue crews were called to a boating accident scene where one person was significantly injured. The incident happened in Biscayne Bay National Park near Elliot Key to the east and approximately 5 miles from Turkey Point to the west. On scene, Fire Rescue assessed the injured person as a trauma alert and called for a medical evacuation air team. Fire Rescue assisted with hoisting the victim onto a helicopter. The boater was taken to a local trauma center and is currently listed in critical condition. Though the accident involved only one boat, it is unknown if the vessel struck an object or ran aground. A local salvage company towed the vessel back to Black Point Marina. Other passengers were taken off by other boats in the area before Fire Rescue arrived. None of the other passengers were hurt. This accident occurred within in 12 hours of the boating fatality of Florida Marlins pitcher Jose Fernandez.

The accident in Florida Marlins pitcher Jose · Fernandez’s boat deadliest occurred within 12 hours.

A second crewmember has died from the July 20th incident wherein a lifeboat fell from the NCL operated Norwegian Breakaway while docked at Kings Wharf, Bermuda. As previously reported by The Maritime Law Blog, four crewmembers fell into the water when a lifeboat they were manning during a drill broke from its tether. Four of the crewmembers were taken to an area hospital were Diogenes Carpio died from his injuries. One of there other crewmembers, Ben Buenaventura, who was a waiter aboard the Norwegian Breakaway, was medevaced to Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami wherein he was admitted into the intensive care unit. It was reported that Mr. Buenaventura suffered a traumatic brain injury along with fractured legs, hip and right arm. After spending over a month in intensive care, Mr. Buenaventura succumbed to his injuries.

NCL is not the only cruise line that had a fatal lifeboat drill in recent months. On September 13th, a seaman died when a lifeboat fell from Royal Caribbean’s Harmony of the Seas while calling on Marseilles, France.

There has been another child drowning in Florida. This time a 10-year-old girl drowned in a pool located at the Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra Hilton Garden Inn. Reports states that the girl identified as Raven Malden of Pensacola was swimming Saturday night with three other family members. She went underwater. Two other children tried to pull the girl from the pool while an older child whet to get help. The girl was removed from the pool and CPR was preformed. Upon arriving to the scene, paramedics took over resuscitation efforts and the child was taken to a Baptist Medical Center Beaches. Tragically, the child died.

Recently we have added a lot of vegetables we eat.

I feel I already eat a lot of vegetables, but when I actually sat down and hold stock of vegetables we eat every day, I realized that they were sorely lacking.

You all know that it is very important to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables–particularly vegetables–correct?

What vegetables are we should concentrate more because they have a low glycemic index (will not affect your blood sugar). If my taste buds, I want to eat fruit all day and call it good, Candida but I would not do very well.

So, I have been concerned more about vegetables and how to get more into our diet how to get six pack abs.

Not enough vegetables

I realized that, really I do not usually have any vegetables. I usually take my probiotics, and then wait for some fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice (with stevia only a dash) my system to some fresh fruit juice and brewing beer (collagen) add protein and fat from the coconut oil instead of my coffee and eating whatever is around.

Great in some ways, but-no production.

And then sometimes I’m too busy to lunch have been a blur. In fact, many have blurred over the past few months. I’ve been in the kitchen, is not creative panic doesn’t really want to Cook, so I just grab something to kuaixiang about some nut or seed butter and have a bite or two of a health bar.

Two things really make me come back is, first of all, I think I might be allergic to carrots. I usually grab a few carrots dipped in this delicious dairy-free Ranch kind of angle, but alas, not right now. More on that later.

Second, I used to have a pile of my crispy green beans in the House, however, did not recall them and many other vegetables in Costco, I haven’t been able to get them. One thing that really helps is we eventually bought prolific garden. My research over the years, we’ve decided, they are a great choice for us. You can see some of my small success Instagram include calendula, Zucchini (including all sorts of interesting 8-ball), stevia, cucumber.

I’ll tell you more after the Aeroponic gardens, but it has really helped our vegetable intake. I love to go out and catch a few (or more) leaf lettuce and popping them into my mouth – and had been part or the entire portion of vegetables, even without thinking!

I go out in the morning, briefly check the garden, catch this, some leaves and some, so I eat vegetables for breakfast has been completely shot through the roof! (Not hard to do when you start with nothing, right? )

In the winter, we want to have in the garden, so we can produce fresh grow all winter long.

Anyway, as I love to eat a salad, sometimes I want a different salad, that not all of the cabbage, you know?

This broccoli jicama salad is perfect.  It was crunchy, full of color and taste to suffocate wonderful delicious avocado salad. Of course, this would be great with me five ingredients dressing, Morocco vinegar, vegan ranch dressing, or the herb salad dressing.

Omitting or adding more if you just avoid carrot Yam bean or pea.

For those of you not familiar with jicama, this is a vegetarian. However it’s not than many low carb potato starch, so it is for those in the Candida or other low carbohydrate diet myth.

It tastes like mild Apple, raw potato or water chestnuts and adds a great deal of crises.

Whether it is raw or cooked, you can eat it, in fact, I’ve been playing in cooked Yam bean recipe, I would like to share with you as soon as possible. We’re wolfed it this past week.
