It has been a month since Florida Marlins’ pitcher Jose Fernandez and his friends Eduardo Rivero and Emilio Macias lost their lives in a tragic boating accident in Miami Beach. Shortly after the tragedy, law enforcement reported the boat involved in the crash with the north jetty of Government Cut did not belong to Fernandez. It was later confirmed that Fernandez did, in fact, own the vessel. It has been also confirmed that hours before the accident, Fernandez was drinking at American Social, a Miami area restaurant and bar. A toxicology report recently released indicates that Fernandez had a blood alcohol level of 0.147 which is nearly twice Florida’s legal boating limit of 0.08. The same toxicology report concluded that he also cocaine in his system. Though Fernandez was legally intoxicated, it is now being suggested that he was not operating the boat at the time of the accident. This theory is based upon a witness telling law enforcement that he was on the phone with Fernandez near the time the boat struck the jetty.

Though this the accident occurred on a private boat mere yards from shore, a civil case concerning who is labile will be governed by maritime law. Recently we have added a lot of vegetables we eat.

I feel I already eat a lot of vegetables, but when I actually sat down and hold stock of vegetables we eat every day, I realized that they were sorely lacking.

You all know that it is very important to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables–particularly vegetables–correct?

What vegetables are we should concentrate more because they have a low glycemic index (will not affect your blood sugar). If my taste buds, I want to eat fruit all day and call it good, Candida but I would not do very well.

So, I have been concerned more about vegetables and how to get more into our diet how to get six pack abs.

Not enough vegetables

I realized that, really I do not usually have any vegetables. I usually take my probiotics, and then wait for some fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice (with stevia only a dash) my system to some fresh fruit juice and brewing beer (collagen) add protein and fat from the coconut oil instead of my coffee and eating whatever is around.

Great in some ways, but-no production.

And then sometimes I’m too busy to lunch have been a blur. In fact, many have blurred over the past few months. I’ve been in the kitchen, is not creative panic doesn’t really want to Cook, so I just grab something to kuaixiang about some nut or seed butter and have a bite or two of a health bar.

Two things really make me come back is, first of all, I think I might be allergic to carrots. I usually grab a few carrots dipped in this delicious dairy-free Ranch kind of angle, but alas, not right now. More on that later.

Second, I used to have a pile of my crispy green beans in the House, however, did not recall them and many other vegetables in Costco, I haven’t been able to get them. I’ll tell you more after the Aeroponic gardens, but it has really helped our vegetable intake. I love to go out and catch a few (or more) leaf lettuce and popping them into my mouth – and had been part or the entire portion of vegetables, even without thinking!

I go out in the morning, briefly check the garden, catch this, some leaves and some, so I eat vegetables for breakfast has been completely shot through the roof! (Not hard to do when you start with nothing, right? )

In the winter, we want to have in the garden, so we can produce fresh grow all winter long.

Anyway, as I love to eat a salad, sometimes I want a different salad, that not all of the cabbage, you know?

This broccoli jicama salad is perfect.  It was crunchy, full of color and taste to suffocate wonderful delicious avocado salad. Of course, this would be great with me five ingredients dressing, Morocco vinegar, vegan ranch dressing, or the herb salad dressing.

Omitting or adding more if you just avoid carrot Yam bean or pea.

For those of you not familiar with jicama, this is a vegetarian. However it’s not than many low carb potato starch, so it is for those in the Candida or other low carbohydrate diet myth.

It tastes like mild Apple, raw potato or water chestnuts and adds a great deal of crises.

Whether it is raw or cooked, you can eat it, in fact, I’ve been playing in cooked Yam bean recipe, I would like to share with you as soon as possible. We’re wolfed it this past week.

Here is a photo of avocado all lined up, because we are preparing the procurement process.

My little boy excited wanted to set up a “Avocado processing line”.

Well, he is excited, because we have a lot (I mean a lot) of avocados to deal with. In a nearby shop, is a staggering $ 3/1 sale, and hoarding.

We wash, cut, remove the pit, dug out the flesh. Then we caught the avocado and sealed with clips, and pop them in the fridge.

I’ve been making homemade salad dressing, and as long as I can remember. I do it to save money, but also want to avoid unpleasant ingredients in so many packaged varieties.

In my site, our love has a lot of homemade sauces.

There are many problems.

First of all, vegetable oils are almost certainly genetically modified organisms.

And then I’m stuck. In a lot of Italy spaghetti squash season.

And for some reason, I really get tired of it and tried to jam it down quickly, and ended up not doing a very good job.

Not to mention the fact that it is difficult to cut it-and it’s hard to get through.

I know–you can cook it in the oven, but I really don’t like racquetball for the lonely, heat oven and cook in the oven of Italy spaghetti squash blossoms for a long time.

It’s fast! Ready in 8 minutes of pumpkins, dressing with together so quickly … … You basically side dish is ready in about 10 minutes (not a pressure cooker to pressure all the time).

You will need to

  • Italy spaghetti squash (see suggestions for other options)
  • Red onion
  • Red hot chili peppers (if you don’t have fresh chilli, and AIP mixed together, rather than pepper chives)
  • Yellow peppers (see above)
  • Fresh or dried Basil
  • Dried tomatoes (use homemade Sun-dried tomatoes or purchase that are not additive. AIP is omitted)
  • Olive oil
  • Apple Cider vinegar
  • Garlic
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Mustard powder (optional; for AIP is omitted)

Variations recommended:

Instead of Italy spaghetti squash, you can make this dish using noodles in General and, of course, pasta or beans (we meant to do it’s magic! ) We really like this Bean pasta.

It has a high amount of protein and carbohydrate counts lower than most of the pasta. And its grain free!

This salad would be a great addition to any outdoor grill, but, of course, is big and delicious side dish at home.

A tangy dressing coats this Spaghetti Squash Salad for a kid-friendly side dish that’s allergy-friendly, low-carb, paleo, and has AIP options.
Ingredients
Salad
  • 1 medium spaghetti squash (about 4 cups of meat)
  • 1 small red onion, cut into small cubes
  • 1 red pepper, cut into small cubes (or ¼ Cup dried mixed peppers or use about ½ Cup rather than pepper more onion AIP)
  • 1 yellow pepper, cut into small cubes (see above, alternatives and AIP)
  • ¼ Cup fresh basil (or 1 tablespoon)
  • Half a cup of dried tomatoes, restructuring and chopped (use homemade Sun-dried tomatoes or purchase a wide variety with no additives. AIP is omitted)
Dressing
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ Cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed

  • One-second teaspoon mustard powder (optional and omitted for AIP)

Instructions
