We will release several new features available this summer as part of our MyFitnessPal premium subscription! This month, it was all about nutrients. Premium members can now see they log in to their main nutrients per meal in the journal lines. More importantly, it is easy to switch back and forth between grams and percentages.

Quickly add nutrients-premium users can quickly add grams of carbohydrates, proteins and fats, you like to add your food journal calories. This is a handy tool if you care more about the total amount of certain nutrients than your calorie goal.
Customize your daily–MyFitnessPal is automatically generated based on the percentage of nutrients experts recommend you main nutrient goals. However, if you follow a special diet plan, focused on specific nutrients (think: low-carb, high-protein, IIFYM), gives you the flexibility to adjust the percentage of the premium and the main nutrient goals.
Custom dashboard-using your nutrient nutrients in your dashboard can quickly see what nutrients you miss one day, and you are in progress to meet your calorie and nutrition goals. MyFitnessPal automatically set your dashboard display: calories, exercise calories and excess heat.
