In the past few months, we have been guiding you through a series of dynamic training designed for your busy life–you can be anywhere in the 15-minute routine. (Check here).

This time, we combine aerobics and core exercises, takes only 15 minutes, it’s easy to do, and more importantly, require no equipment.

The exercise was divided into three separate five-minute workout combining cardio and core of the time interval. You can complete each back a 15-minute workout or two set to 30-minute workout. Each exercise starts with 90 seconds of aerobic exercise, and then two minutes of core work and finish with another 90 seconds of aerobic exercise.

Follow the video above. Start with dynamic warm up torso rotation, arm circles, squatting, knee pleat, kick and lunge at the bottom. Completed 8–10 duplicate each, passed a motion to warm the body, and is prepared to exercise your Omni.

For the cardio section, set your timer for 45 seconds, and then repeat the steps above 90 seconds of work. The core, which is set to 60 seconds and 10 seconds of recovery, and repeat.
